Mentre Alto Adige e Trentino discutono, il Tirolo agisce. Le differenze nel modo di affrontare il tema dei rifugiati nelle tre province dell’Euregio può essere riassunto così. Il dato emerge da uno studio di Eurac Research in cui le ricercatrici hanno analizzato i verbali delle sedute dei tre consigli provinciali nel biennio 2015-2016. Mentre in Alto Adige e Trentino i consigli provinciali si sono occupati soprattutto di definizioni e competenze, in Tirolo si è parlato anche di come favorire l’inserimento dei richiedenti asilo. Non stupisce, quindi, che nei due anni presi in esame il Consiglio del Land Tirolo abbia varato 25 provvedimenti, mentre a sud del Brennero le mozioni siano state sette in totale.
